Online Art class policies


● For absent notes, vacation break, time change, and last month notification should be informed formally through the email. We do not accept phone messages.

● Parents will receive Newsletter 1st day of every month, which contains class schedule, new announcements/updates, and all policies. Please read the newsletter to be updated with our side information.

● Online class is to engage kids in creative activity. Online class do not provide progress meeting for a student's progress. Student can attend as long enjoys online learning. 

● No certification will be provided for Online class as it is designed to engage kids in creative activity and not intend to provide a certified base curriculum.

● All policies will be strictly applied once a student joins the institute.



● All payments are non-refundable.

● Monthly payment is for 4 consecutive weeks meaning 4 classes per month. Fifth week is normally closed, and no classes are conducted during that time.

● Charges cover the overall month and are not based on the individual classes. No pro-rated fee is allowed for student absences or a missed makeup class.

● Payment is due every 1st week of the month. You will receive an invoice through the email Id you provided, and you can pay online. A non-refundable Late Fee $10 will be applied, if payment is delayed and crossed the due date which is 15th of every month.

● Please pay on time as we also send reminders to do so. Failure to make a payment after the due date crosses and not responding to our email communication will result in discarding the student's registration with us.

● One month deposit amount can be utilized as last month fee when a student would like to stop 

the classes by informing us in the beginning of the month.  Failure to inform will not be considered for any refunds. 

● We don't provide additional payment receipts for the entire year for anyone's taxation purpose. Our monthly receipt for online payment gives our tax ID and amount paid for the classes which you can save for your records.



Please follow below guidelines for absence and makeup class:

1. All makeups for all level courses will be provided through online video tutorials.

2. Only one makeup per month per student is allowed.

3. Parents must inform us about their child’s absence through email.

4. Makeup class should be cleared in the provided duration of video link as we don’t carry forward makeup to the following month.

5. We are providing a video tutorial in the last week of each month; it will cover all absences for the current month. 

6. Video access will be open for the students who were absent for the current month for the entire week, and they can find their convenient time to sit and complete the lesson.



Note: Verbal communication not accepted for taking a break, please email us as we need written confirmation for all requests.

  • 1 week absence: No adjustments, makeup class through video tutorial will be provided.

  • 2-3 weeks' vacation plan: Mandatory to inform at the beginning of the month or minimum a week ahead of vacation for the fee adjustments.

  • 2-3 weeks sickness/emergency leave: Inform the day a student gets sick and if it's severe to take 2 or more weeks break. Fee will be adjusted if informed on time. 

  • 1 month vacation: Inform us by email at the beginning of the month or 1 week ahead of vacation. You can hold the spot for $25 and join back class for the same day and time. If you are fine with other class timings after vacation. There is no fee required.

  • 2-3 months' vacation: -Please check back the available class timings. We don’t hold the spot.

  • 4 months or more vacation: Please discontinue classes and reregister when ready to join back.
