TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SUMMER CERATIVE ART CAMPS 2025!
​Enrollment Requirements for In Person Summer Camp Registration: 
Refund Policy for Summer Camps Onsite:
1. Cancellation through email before 12 days of registered camp date will be provided full refund.
2. Cancellation through email before 7 days of registered camp date 85% refund of total amount paid
3. Cancellation through email before 3 days of registered camp date 70% refund of total amount paid.
4. No cancellation will be accepted after camp starts and hence no refund will be provided.

Missed class and unfinished projects: 
1. Summer camps are designed for a short term and based on that we assign a particular teacher. A student must attend all the days without missing. 
2. If any day a student misses the session, we will try our best to complete the project in remaining days, but it will be totally depended on a student's pace. 
3. We do not provide makeup or extend the summer camp or refund the amount, if any student misses the class. 

Health Requirements:
1. Student must be in good health condition to attend the camp.
2. If a student has minor symptoms of allergies, should wear well fitted mask in the classroom.
3. We are not taking students who have major health issues or high allergies/ throat related infections. 
4. During the session, if student gets sick, then parent has to inform us promptly instead bringing to the classroom. If we find any unhealthy symptoms in the classroom, we will send the student immediately back and cancel remaining classes.  We may provide different camp option if parent informed promptly. 
5. Our intention is to provide safe environment where kids can have tons of fun this summer and enjoy their creative process!
