Job title: Administration Manager

Position: OPEN

Job type: Part-time

Expected hours per week: 20-25

Schedule: MON-FRI 4pm- 8pm Can be extended based on growth of the organization.

Pay Rate: $25-30/ per hour

Note: Candidates must be located near the job location to commute comfortably

and having valid work permit to apply.

Job Requirements:

Administrative Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

Interact with customers on a daily basis in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle student registrations and accurately enter data into the database.
Schedule appointments and meetings; attend phone calls and provide clear, timely information.
Manage all business-related communications, including coordination with landlords, business clients, and accreditation services, to build strong professional relationships.
Manage and monitor social media posts regularly to maintain strong brand presence and rankings.

Front Desk Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

Communicate effectively with gallery visitors, maintaining a positive, welcoming attitude.
Work comfortably in a team environment and accept feedback constructively.
Accurately enter new registration data into Excel sheets and maintain organized records.
Present and explain painting categories clearly; handle sales inquiries, orders, and transactions confidently.
Maintain a pleasant appearance and consistently demonstrate enthusiasm while assisting customers.
Show a positive attitude toward learning new applications and adapting to new tools and processes as required.

Marketing Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve the company’s website search engine rankings.
Plan, manage, and monitor SEO campaign budgets, including estimating monthly costs and reconciling expenses.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of editorial and marketing practices to drive SEO-focused content creation and content marketing.
Research gallery artwork sales opportunities and identify suitable platforms to increase sales and enhance brand value.
Understand gallery artwork categories and strategically place them on appropriate platforms; actively engage in networking to drive sales.
Identify and utilize social media posting and scheduling tools to improve business visibility and reach.
Set clear, measurable goals to track and demonstrate improvements in marketing performance.
Write compelling, high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, to improve search engine results.
Create promotional videos and capture high-quality images for weekly social media and marketing posts.
Update website architecture, content, internal linking, and other SEO factors to improve rankings for target keywords.
Develop and execute new marketing strategies and innovative ideas to support overall business growth.
Build inbound organic search traffic and continuously improve SERP performance.
Stay highly organized, manage assigned tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate tracking of responsibilities.

Job Position: Fine Art Instructor- Senior Level

Job title: Fine Art Teacher

Job type: Part-time

Expected hours per week: 15-20

Schedule: Monday -Friday from 4pm to 7pm (Hours can exceed based on class schedules and student count)

Pay Rate: $30-35/ hour

Note: Candidates must be located near the job location to commute comfortably

and having valid work permit to apply.

Job Requirements:

Strong skills in drawing, sketching, painting, and visual arts, with a solid understanding of fundamental art techniques.
Candidates should provide a portfolio link or samples of their artwork demonstrating their artistic abilities and experience with different subjects and mediums.
Previous experience teaching art to K–12 students is highly preferred. Candidates with a good understanding of working with children and different age groups will be given preference. Training may be provided to qualified candidates who have strong artistic skills but limited teaching experience.
Long-term commitment is required. Candidates should be prepared to commit to the position for a minimum of two years following successful completion of the probationary period.
Experience teaching Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Drawing, Painting, or related subjects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of various painting techniques, subjects, materials, and mediums.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when communicating with children and parents.
A positive, patient, encouraging, and professional attitude toward students, parents, coworkers, and staff.
Ability to assist classes under the direction of a senior teacher while learning and following the school's teaching methods and curriculum.
Ability to understand and adapt the established curriculum while finding creative and age-appropriate ways to explain art concepts to students.
Prepare art materials and maintain an organized classroom according to students' course levels and lesson plans.
Enthusiastic about teaching children and able to quickly understand and implement new art projects, techniques, and lesson ideas.
Create an engaging, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment that keeps students interested and motivated.
Contribute new project ideas and collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve the school's creative and artistic programs.
Maintain appropriate classroom organization, student engagement, and discipline in a positive and respectful manner.
Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned class schedules and teaching responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the essential responsibilities of the position, including preparing classroom materials, assisting students, and carrying out regular classroom activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
