Job title: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Schedule: 5 hours shift between 11am to 4pm

Job Requirements:

Marketing Roles & Responsibilities

Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's website search engine results rankings.

Manage the expenses of SEO campaigns, stay on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling differences.

Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing.

Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
-
Finding all posting social media tools to improve visibility for the business.
-
Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.

Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results.

Creating promotional videos and taking picture to post on weekly basis.
-
Creating content on various platforms for branding and it's growth.
Admin Responsibilities on Day-to-Day Basis:

Interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.

Taking Registrations and entering the database.
-
Fixing appointments and meetings. Attending phone calls and providing information.
-
Taking care of all business-related communication including landlord, business clients, acrediation services to build good relationship.

Managing the Social Media posts on regular basis to keep brand ranking on the top page.

Updating website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Finding new stretegies and ideas for the business growth.

Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.

Highly organized with all the assigned task with keeping track of all duties.
Front Desk Responsibilities on Day-to-Day Basis:

Good communication skills with handling gallery visiting customers with a positive attitude.

Comfortable working with group environment and ready to take feedback positivily.

Entering all new registration data in excel sheets and managing information accurately.

Job Requirements:

Long term commitment towards the job position: To start with minimum 2 years commitment.

Must have strong drawing, sketching, and painting skills along with a portfolio link or sample art works.

Prior Experience teaching K-12 students and understanding child phycology will be a plus point. If not, training will be provided.

Prior experience teaching online using zoom video calls will be plus point.

Strong fundamentals of paintings on various subjects and mediums.

Positive attitude towards students, staff, and customers.

Good clear communication skills and positive attitude required specially when speaking with kids.

Assisting Class under senior teacher's direction and understanding the process.

Adapting the course curriculum and finding unique way to teach students.
